Anterior cross-bite occurs when one or several upper anterior teeth are behind the lower ones and requires IMMEDIATE treatment.

The problem is twofold, aesthetic and functional. And it is necessary to rule out the association of other important problems (class III, supernumerary teeth, etc.).

Normally, and as seen in this case, a first (interceptive) treatment is done to correct or jump the anterior cross-bite. And then finally, after replacing all the teeth, the definitive treatment is done and the correction is completed.
