The extraction of a single tooth is not common, but this patient was treated with extraction of a single lower incisor.

The lower crowding was very marked and the bone covering the lower incisors was too thin to align all of them.

When finished (count them and you will see that there are THREE incisors and not four) it does not seem that any are missing, right?

For this it is very important to finish with a good degree of detailing and parallelism of tooth crowns and roots. And during the treatment itself we can hide the extraction space so that it is not perceived!!
