The extraction of four permanent teeth is in some cases the only option that allows us to solve serious problems without having to go to more aggressive options, such as surgery.

Obviously it is always considered as the last option, but there are still cases that require this type of treatment.

We see the case of this patient in which, due to her crowded teeth, face pattern (prominent teeth and lips) and thin gums, we extracted a first premolar in each quadrant, a total of four teeth.

In the middle part of the treatment we still have to close the gaps of three of them. And at the end we leave a complete occlusion of 28 teeth, without of course showing any gap!
