This is another Class II orthodontic treatment case but more severe, so treatment had to start BEFORE.

When the upper teeth are so “protruded”  the lower lip fits between the upper and lower incisors. That further accentuates the problem. Furthermore, there is a clear risk of upper incisors breaking at the slightest fall or blow due to their unprotected position.

In these cases, you have to act quickly to do what we call an interceptive treatment, that is, an immediate treatment that prevents the dental situation from getting out of control and then cannot be solved well.

Sometimes afterwards the treatment must be completed once the replacement of the teeth is complete, but the final result is worth it.

Can you imagine how this patient would have been if nothing had been done and he had continued to get worse and worse for several years?
