High rash of upper canine

This is a case with good dental occlusion in general, but in which the patient’s right upper canine erupts high, above the “milk” canine.

The treatment was done by opening space for the permanent canine, which is larger than the temporary one, and lowering it to its ideal place in the dental arch.
